enhancing your own transition – distance no object

Wherever you are in the UK, there are a number of options to work towards nationally recognised qualifications with the aspire centre for leadership & management and accredited by the institute of leadership & management (ilm). 

We will work with you to advise and guide your transition using our team of specialists and in consultation with the Careers Transition Partnership – even building in accreditation of your previous achievements and qualifications.

See the link below for information on our ilm diploma in management at level 5 which is delivered on a distance basis – giving you the opportunity to achieve a nationally recognised management qualification around your own workloads and whilst you earn.  The resources also make it flexible enough for it to travel with you – either on detachment or posting.
