The aspire centre for leadership & management will work in partnership with you – as a local, regional, national or international employer – to design, develop and deliver practical and innovative people development programmes that support and address your business objectives.

We provide bespoke & tailored people development programmes in all aspects of leadership & management development including coaching, mentoring and team development. Typically delivered on your own premises, we welcome any opportunity to incorporate contributions from your own specialists and experts.

Our programmes may be stand alone or accredited/endorsed by nationally recognised awarding bodies (such as the Institute of Leadership & Management or Chartered Management Institute) or universities.
 
Our specialisms include: 
  • bespoke leadership and management people development – including cultural, behavioural & attitudinal change programmes and coaching for performance improvement
  • tailored accredited leadership & management development for both practising and aspiring staff from supervisory to executive levels (NQF levels 2 to 7)
  • tailored foundation and bachelor degree programmes (NQF levels 4 to 6).
